Pawel Andryszewski was born in Poznan and attended the local "State Secondary School of Fine Arts" (Staatliche Oberschule für Bildende Künste) from 1978 to 1984. He continued with a study of painting, graphics and sculpture at the Art Academy Poznan from

Pawel Andryszewski was born in Poznan and attended the State High School of Fine Arts there from 1978 to 1984. He studied painting, graphics and sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan from 1984 to 1990. Even as a young student and before graduating in the field of sculpture and small sculptural forms, Andryszewski won his first awards. 

Since 1992 Andryszewski has been working as a freelance artist. He works as a designer for the natural stone industry in Germany and abroad and has also created several works primarily in natural stone over the past twenty years, which have found their place throughout Germany and Switzerland.

However, he has retained the wide artistic range that became apparent at the art academy in his younger years. Today Andryszewski is equally active in the fields of drawing, painting and sculpture, and the latter increasingly in dealing with the material bronze. His sculptural work is of almost highly realistic accuracy.
