Description

The most famous angels of all time are those with round, childlike, innocent faces. This piece was inspired by Raphael's famous cherubs, painted at the foot of his masterpiece The Sistine Madonna. Lladró reinterpreted the scene, placing them on a floral balcony, supported by clouds. Made of gleaming porcelain and accented is the leafy vine that adorns the piece, adding accents of color with its numerous flowers.
