Hina Dolls - Empress is a beautiful piece of high porcelain with delicate and careful decorations, inspired by an ancient Japanese tradition. It is a piece destined to become a true family heirloom. This empress represents one of the main characters of the Hina Ningyo, a composition of figures placed on a stage, where girls are given away in Japan every March 3 on the feast of Hina Matsuri to ensure them a happy life. This limited edition, which pays careful attention to the smallest details of the garments worn by the emperors of the Japanese court during the Heian period, pairs with Hina Dolls - Emperor. On a decorative level, the richness of the embroidered fabrics is emphasized, as well as the depiction of traditional Japanese fabric simulating Damascus silk, making the ornament a small jewel. In terms of the richness of the color palette, this creation surpasses the classic Lladró palette and introduces more intense colors. The dark color of the dress and the decorative details in three shades are highlighted, hand applied through a meticulous process that makes them stand out against such an intense background.
