The ancient Egyptians believed in life after death. They believed that the soul of the dead travelled to the afterlife and that the scarab, representing the rising sun, was a symbol of resurrection. Starting from this inspiration, the Lladró designers created this collection of jewelry with the scarab as an amulet of life and happiness. The scarab in this bracelet is made of glazed porcelain decorated with iridescent black. The metal part, which is gold-plated 925 sterling silver, can be opened or closed slightly.
